With a k o n u r as th n and on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (BD), 2010, N 4, art. 28), the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about with t and o in l I have: I. Make changes to the following acts: 1. In the Criminal Code of Ukraine (2341-14) (Supreme Council of Ukraine, 2001, N 25-26, art. 131): 1) in the title and first paragraph of articles 435 and 445 words "the symbolism of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, and the symbolism of the Red Cross or Red Crescent societies" to replace the words "the symbolism of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal";
2) in the first paragraph of article 435 of the words "signs of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies" to replace the words "signs of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal."
2. Law of Ukraine "about the symbolism of the Red Cross and Red Crescent movement in Ukraine (862-14) (Supreme Council of Ukraine, 1999, N 36, article 316): 1) title and preamble to this wording:" about the symbolism of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal in Ukraine this law determines the procedure and conditions for the use and protection of the symbolism of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal on the territory of Ukraine in accordance with the Geneva Conventions on the protection of victims of war of 12 September 1949 (995_151 , 995_152, 995_153, 995_154) and the additional protocols thereto of 8 June 1977 (995_199, 995_200) and on December 8, 2005, (995_g74), as well as Rules on the use of the emblems of the Red Cross or Red Crescent National societies approved XX Vienna an International Conference of the Red Cross 1965 and revised by the Council of delegates in Budapest in 1991, and resolution 1 adopted at the XXIX International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent movement in 2006 ";
2) the second paragraph of article 1 of the outline in the following wording: "the symbolism of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal (including the International Red Cross and Red Crescent societies) is the emblem of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal (the image of the Red Cross on a white background; the Red Crescent on a white background; the red frame in the shape of a square on a white background, standing on one of its vertices), names (the words "Red Cross" and "Red Crescent", "Red Crystal") and identifying signals (Special internationally recognized auxiliary signals (light, radio, electronic) used as protective and identifying signs to denote persons of movable and immovable property in accordance with the Geneva Conventions on the protection of victims of war of 12 September 1949 (995_151 , 995_152, 995_153, 995_154) (hereinafter Fourth Geneva Convention), the additional protocols (995_199, 995_200, 995_911, 995_g74) to them and the law ";
3) article 2 put in the following wording: "in times of war or armed conflict, the image of the emblems of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal as a protective sign is the visible symbol of protection under the Geneva Conventions (995_151, 995_152, 995_153, 995_154) and the Additional Protocols (995_199, 995_200, 995_911, 995_g74) for medical personnel, medical units and sanitation vehicles. The logo should be as larger sizes, to ensure the possibility of their recognition at large distances.
The emblem of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal used as identification mark to indicate the nationality of the person or object to the International Red Cross and Red Crescent societies. In this case, the logo must be smaller in size compared to the logos that are used as a protective sign, and may not be applied on bandages or on the roofs of buildings.
With the protective and rozpìznaval′noû features the emblems of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal can be used alone or in combinations of these emblems.
The order of the images and the use of logos is determined by this law, the Geneva Conventions (995_151, 995_152, 995_153, 995_154), with additional protocols (995_199, 995_200, 995_911, 995_g74), as well as Rules on the use of the emblems of the Red Cross or Red Crescent National societies, approved XX Vienna an International Conference of the Red Cross 1965 and revised by the Council of delegates in Budapest in 1991 (hereinafter-the rules);
4) supplemented by article 2-1 of this content: "article 2-1. The use of the names "Red Cross" and "Red Crescent", "Red Crystal", the combination of these names are used solely to refer to the personnel and property of the organizations that make up the International Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, when making them their activities according to the principles determined by the international conferences of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies.
The name "Red Cross" and "Red Crescent", "Red Crystal" can be used alone or in combination with the emblems of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, red crystal.
The use of titles is determined by this law, the Geneva Conventions (995_151, 995_152, 995_153, 995_154), with additional protocols (995_199, 995_200, 995_911, 995_g74), as well as rules and Resolution 1 adopted at the XXIX International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies in

2006 ";
5) titles II, III, IV and V, in the title of article 7 of the eighth article 9, title and part five article 10, title article 13, title and part three of article 15 of the words "the emblem of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, the emblem of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, the emblem of the Red Cross or Red Crescent societies" in all cases and numbers to replace the words "the emblem of the Red Cross , Red Crescent, Red Crystal "in the appropriate case and number;
6) in titles VI and VII, in part 1 of article 16, title and text of article 17, title of article 18, part of the second article 19 the words "emblems of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, the symbolism of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, the symbolism of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies" in all cases to replace the words "the symbolism of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal" pronounced;
7) in part three of article 4 of the second article 5 and article 6 of the second part of the word ' rozpìznaval′nim the sign of the Red Cross "to replace the words" the emblem of the Red Cross ";
8) titles of articles 5 and 6, after the word "logo" add the words "Red Cross";
9) in article 7, the words "the emblem of the Red Cross or Red Crescent societies as a protective sign can replace the words" the emblem of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal as a protective sign can ";
10) article 9: in the title the words "protective character of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies" to replace the words "the emblems of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal as protective signs";
in parts of the third, fifth and seventh of the word "distinctive" in all cases replacing the word "security" in the relevant case;
11) article 10: in the name of the word "countries" to replace the word "States";
in the second the words "the international movement of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies" to replace the words "the international movement of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies;
in part five of the words "national societies of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies in other countries" to replace the words "national societies of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies of other countries";
12) article 12 lay in the following wording: article 12. Use of the emblems of the Red Crescent, Red Crystal in peacetime the emblems of the Red Crescent, Red Crystal, "Red Crescent", "Red Crystal" is used exclusively to refer to the medical and spiritual of the personnel of foreign organizations that make up the International Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, during their stay in the official business trip to Ukraine, as well as the property of such organizations and may not be used for any other purpose and in other cases;
13) in article 13 the words "signs of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies" to replace the words "the emblems of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal";
14) in the article 15: in part 1 of the words "the emblems of the Red Cross or the Red Crescent, the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies; the words "Red Cross" or "Red Crescent", or "Red Cross and Red Crescent" to replace the words "the emblems of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal, combinations of these emblems; the words "Red Cross" and "Red Crescent", "Red Crystal", combinations of these words;
in the third part, the words "the words" Red Cross "and" Red Crescent ", replace the words" the words "Red Cross" and "Red Crescent", "Red Crystal", combinations of these words;
15) title of article 16 Add the words "of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal";

17) in article 20, the words "emblems, titles, and the markings of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies" to replace the words "the symbolism of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal."
II. Final provisions 1. This law shall become effective from the date of entry into force for Ukraine, an additional protocol to the Geneva Conventions of 12 September 1949, relating to the adoption of an additional distinctive emblem (Protocol III) (995_g74).
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the three-month period from the date of publication of this law: to bring their decision in conformity with this law;
ensure enforcement of ministries, other central executive bodies, their regulations into conformity with this Act.
