2006, N 5-6, pp. (71) complement the paragraphs of such content:
" in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 35:
In Ukraine the authority on which the authority is entrusted to
creating and functioning of the entire contact network for
Providing emergency assistance in the investigation of crimes,
related to computer systems and data, stalking
persons who are accused of committing such crimes, as well as
collecting evidence in electronic form, is the Ministry of the Interior
Ukraine ".
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
