For amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On higher education" on improving the improvement of training and placement of public order

(Information of the Verkhovna Rada (VR), 2015, No. 28, pp. 244)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ruling :

I. Amend Law of Ukraine "On higher education" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37-38, art. (2004) The following changes:

1. First part Article 4 after the paragraph of the third complement the new paragraph of the following content:

" Citizens of Ukraine who have not completed the state or local budget for a particular degree of education have the right to re-establish higher education in public and communal higher education institutions according to the same degree of education, conditions of reparation to the state or local budget of funds spent on the payment of the training services, in the order established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. "

In this regard, the fourth-eighth paragraph is considered to be the eighth-ninth.

2. In Article 44 :

1) part of the fourth complement of words and numbers "and bala for special successes (priesters of IV stage of All-Ukrainian academic Olympiads from basic subjects; priesters III stage of the All-Ukrainian contest-protection of scientific-research works by members of the Minor") the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine) and/or for the successful completion of the preparatory courses of a higher educational institution for the introduction of this higher education institution on natural-mathematical and engineering-technical specialties ";

(2) Part of the sixth after the words "or physical abilities (in the case of its conduct)" complemented by words and numbers "for special successes (priesters of IV stage of All-Ukrainian academic Olympiads from basic subjects; priesters III stage of the All-Ukrainian competition") research work of pupils-members of the Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine) and/or for the successful completion of preparatory courses of a higher education institution for admission to this higher education institution on natural-mathematical and engineering-technical Specialty ";

3) in part seven:

in the first sentence paragraph "to a specially authorized institution conducting an external independent evaluation" to be replaced by the words "to the Single State Electronic Database of Education for the verification of a list of specialties";

paragraph second to exclude.

3. Sub-paragraph 13 Chapter XV, section XV, "Final and Transitional Provisions":

" (13) to 1 January 2016, the placement of a state order for training professionals (master and specialist medical, pharmaceutical or veterinary conjugation) is carried out prior to the start of the entrance campaign in higher education institutions. regardless of the ownership form given the rates of placement of the state order last year in the competition of educational institutions over the relevant specialties, the average of the competitive ball of infected applicants in the last three years, and Also offers higher education and regional needs. "

II. Final Position

1. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the monthly row from the day of entry into force:

To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act;

To ensure that the ministries, other central executive bodies, have their legal and legal acts in compliance with the Act.
