For amendments to Article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Social Care for Disabled Persons with Childhood and Disabled Persons" for the establishment of monthly income for disabled persons from childhood subgroup A 1 group

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. Item 2 Article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Social Care for the Disabled of Childhood and Disabled Persons" (Ukrainian Supreme Council of Ukraine, 2001, No. 1, pp. 2) set out in such an editorial:

" 2. In case the monthly size of public social assistance with childcare allowance from childhood subgroup A 1 group does not reach the size of public social assistance with the care allowance paid to the disabled children sub-group A of 6. up to 18 years, there is a monthly payment in a sum missing up to the specified size. "

2. This Act is effective from 1 January 2016.
