I. Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine " On State Social Assistance
The low-income families " 1768-14 ) (Information from the Verkhovna Rada)
Ukraine, 2000, N 35, st. 290) complement paragraph 1-1 of this
content:
" 1-1. Size of public social assistance (including
maximum), defined in accordance with Article 5 of this Act,
increase to each child ages 3 to 13 in 2011
$100 costs UAH 2,5hryvnia (UAH 2,5hryvnia); in 2012, to UAH 120 UAH.
$180, in 2014 to UAH 250 hryvnia, and for each child
13 to 18 years increased in 2011 to 100 hryvnias.
In 2012, at UAH 230, it was UAH 360.
In 2014, at UAH 500 ".
II. Final Position
1. This Act will take effect from 1 January 2011.
2. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in lunar lines lead their
Regulatory and legal acts in compliance with this Act.
