Television channels of identifying information during advertising

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. To bring to the Law of Ukraine "On television and radio broadcasting"
( 3759-12 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, N 18,
Oh, 155) such changes:
(1) In Article 1:
in the paragraph of the eleventh word "programs and transfers"
The words "any audiovisual information";
in a paragraph of the twenty-second word "programs or transfers" to replace
The words "ethereal time";
(2) Part of the third article 46 of the word "broadcast TV"
replacing the words "ethereal time".
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
