Join the International Convention on Simplification and
harmonization of customs procedures ( 995_643 ) in modified edition
according to Annex I 976_006 ) to the Protocol on Amendments to
International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs
procedures ( 976_005 ), committed on June 26, 1999, in m. Brussels,
including Annex II ( 976_007 ) to it, having adopted
Special Plugins (Plugin III) 976_008 ) to the Protocol)
are added. "
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
