For changes to Article 217
Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine
concerning the duties of the investigator
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2011, N 36, pp. 364)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. Article 217 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine
( 1001-05 , 1002-05 ) after part of the fourth complement of a new
part of this content:
" During the course of the materials of pre-trial investigation,
Owed to the requirement of the victim or its representative,
Civilian plaintiff, civilian respondent, or their representatives
to give them the testimony properly, a copy of the description of the materials
criminal case with the retention of the requirements of this article,
is noted in the protocol on the end of investigation and
"Material to be familiar".
In this regard, the fifth part is considered to be part of the sixth.
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
