With a k o n u r as th h s on amendments to article 15 of the law of Ukraine "on Cinematography" on the order of issuing State license for the right to distribute and show films (Supreme Council of Ukraine (BD), 2012, N 12, 78), the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine n o s t a n o in l I are: I the article 15 of the law of Ukraine "on Cinematography" (9/98-VR)
(Supreme Council of Ukraine, 1998, N 22, art. 114) add to parts of a second-the fifth such "State license for the right to distribute and show films seems to be on a paid basis to cinematography within ten working days from the date of submission of the application and other documents and materials defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The processing time for an application for the issuance of the State license for the right to distribute and show films can be extended to twenty-five working days in the event of disagreement on the index of the film and watching a movie Expert Commission on proliferation and show movies.
Bases for refusal to grant a state license for the right to distribute and show films are: mismatched filed documents and materials to the requirements of paragraph 6 of the regulation on the State license for the right to distribute and show films and of this law;
the presence of the conclusion of the Expert Committee on films that promote war, violence, cruelty, fascism and-fascism, aimed at eliminating the independence of Ukraine, the incitement of inter-ethnic, racial or religious hatred, humiliation of the nation, disrespect to national and religious shrines, the humiliation of the individual, promoting ignorance, disrespect to parents, as well as drug addiction, substance abuse, alcoholism and other harmful habits; sexually explicit movies.
The State license for the right to distribute and show films can be cancelled and abolished the State registration of the film in the case: identifying the documents submitted by the subject of cinematography, unreliable information;
early termination agreements (contracts, agreements) concluded the film distributor with the authors of the film or the person who has the exclusive right to the movie.
The decision of the central organ of executive power in the field of cinematography to refuse to grant a state license for the right to distribute and show films and its cancellation can be challenged in court.
II. Final provisions 1. This Act shall take effect from the day following the day of its publication.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers within three months from the date of enactment of this Act: to bring their regulations into conformity with this Act;
ensure the review and cancellation of the ministries and other Central and local executive bodies of their normative legal acts that contradict this law.
