For amendments to Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine
"On Securities and Stock Market"
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2012, N 27, pp. 285)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. To include Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine " On securities and
stock market " ( 3480-15 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,
2006, N 31, pp. 268; with changes made by the Law of Ukraine from
July 7, 2011 N 3610-VI) ( 3610-17 ) Such changes:
1) Part of the third complement the sentence of such content:
" The nominal value of bonds of internal state loans of Ukraine
can be defined in foreign currency ";
(2) Part of the thirteenth meeting in such an editorial:
" 13. Sales of internal government bonds of Ukraine
is carried out in national or foreign currency, and bonds
The foreign currency of Ukraine is in the currency of loanwords ".
2. This Act will take effect from the day, next in the day
publish.
