1. To bring to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges"
( 2453-17 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, NN 41-45,
Oh, 529; 2011, N 18, pp. 124, N 23, st. 160, N 29, pp. 272,
N 33, st. 333; with changes made by the laws of Ukraine on 8 July
2011 N 3668-VI ( 3668-17 ) and from 20 October 2011
N 3932-VI) 3932-17 ) Such changes:
(1) In part of the second article 92:
the words "three years from the day of appointment" to replace the words " six
years since the day of office ";
Second sentence to exclude;
(2) To supplement Article 93-1 of this content:
" Article 93-1. Termination of office of the Member
Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine
1. Powers of a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges
In the case of the following:
(1) The end of the line on which it is appointed;
(2) The application of termination of authority by its own
Desire;
3) impossibility to fulfill their powers by state of
Health
(4) The accused of the lawful strength of the indictment against him;
(5) The cessation of his citizenship;
(6) Recognition of his absence or announcement of the deceased;
7) his death.
2. The decision to end the Member's office
The qualification commission of judges of Ukraine accepts the High Qualification
Commission of Judges of Ukraine "
(3) the second sentence of the fifth article 98 complement the words
" and in the case of termination of authority in this position-based on the salary
for the position from which they were reborn. "
2. This Act will take effect from the day, next in the day
publish.
