LAW OF UKRAINE

Making changes to some laws of Ukraine regarding the protection of the population and information space from negative impact

(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2012, No. 39, pp. 463)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ruling :

And. To amend the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Part of the first article 8 The Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 8, pp. 62; 2008, No. 18, p. 197; 2010, No. 34, pp. 486) complement the paragraph by fourteen such content:

"to spread the advertising of services with hostility and justification."

2. Part of the second article 6 The Law of Ukraine "On Television and Radio Broadcasting" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 18, p. 155) after the paragraph of sixth complement the new paragraph of this content:

"broadcast programs and transmissions to which TV viewers and/or radio-bulls are provided with the services of the enemy and the gadget, as well as the paid services in the field of popular and/or non-traditional medicine".

In this regard, the seventh-eleventh paragraph is considered to be in accordance with the paragraphs of the eighth to twelfth.

II. Final Position

1. This Act will take effect 10 days from the day of its publication.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for a two-month period from the day of entry into force:

To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act;

Consider the question of relevance in the Classics of professions of the CC 003:2010 such types of professions: 5151 Astrology and ravens; 5152-Vorts and Hiromants;

To ensure that the ministries and other central and local governments are responsible for compliance with the Act.
