Making changes to some of Ukraine ' s legislative acts to ensure transparency in mined areas
(Information Of The Verkhovna Rada (VR), 2015, No. 32, pp. 307)
With the goal of increasing transparency of mining industries, implementation of international reporting standards, improving the natural resources management system, improving investment climate in Ukraine, implementation of the standards of the initiative to ensure transparency in mining, as well as implementation Coalition Agreement , Initiative "Partnership" Open Government "Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" Orders:
I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:
1. In Codes of Ukraine about the superhuman (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 36, p. 340):
1) article 8 supplementing paragraph 15 - 2 such content:
" 15 - 2 ) the publication and dissemination of information on public and local taxes and fees and other payments, including contextual information (overall review) on mined areas, to increase the transparency of mined industries in the order established The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ";
2) Article 11 complementing part of the second such content:
" The bodies carrying out public administration in the fields of geological study, use and protection are required to provide and publish information on the state of geological study, use and protection of the interior in the amount needed to ensure. Transparency in mining, in the order established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ";
3) part two Article 24 complementing paragraph 4 - 1 such content:
" 4 - 1 ) provide and publish information on public and local taxes and fees, other payments, and about the production (economic) activities needed to ensure transparency in the mining sectors, according to the order approved by "Ministry of Ministers of Ukraine".
2. In The Law of Ukraine "On Oil and Gas" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 50, p. 262):
(1) Article 5 shall be supplemented by paragraph 18 of this content:
"holding the standards and requirements necessary to ensure transparency in the mining sectors";
(2) Part of the second article 20 complement the paragraph by the sixth such content:
" provide and publicize information on public and local taxes and fees, other payments, and about manufacturing (economic) activities needed to ensure transparency in the mining sectors, according to the order approved by the "Ministry of Ministers of Ukraine".
1. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for two months on the right of entry into force by the Law to approve the order of ensuring transparency in the mining sectors, ensuring the transition to superuser reporting in Ukraine according to international standards reporting.
