Ratify Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the French Republic for joint film production , signed on May 14, 2011 in m. Cannes (added), which takes effect from the date of receipt of the last written message, in which the Parties to the diplomatic channels inform each other about the execution of the relevant intracranial procedures necessary for the Agreement to take effect.
