On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Public Procurement

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:

1. Paragraph 2 of the second part of Article 75, paragraph 2 of the second part of Article 77, second part of Article 78 and paragraph 2 of the second part of Article 79 Economic Code of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 18-22, art. 144) to be excluded.

2. In Article 2 Law of Ukraine "On the State Control and Audit Service in Ukraine" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 13, pp. 110; 2006, No. 14, p. 117; 2007, No. 9, pp. 67; 2010, No. 33, pp. 471):

in the first sentence of part of the fourth word "in all stages of state procurement" to exclude;

In part eight of the words "the Main Audit and Revision of Ukraine" should be replaced by the words "established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final Position

1. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.

2. The regulation of this Act on amendments to Part 5 of Article 40 Law of Ukraine "On State Procurement" may be applied in the case of a treaty for the procurement of the day of entry into force.
