The LAW of UKRAINE on amendments to article 5 of the law of Ukraine "about raising the prestige of Miner's labor" (Supreme Council (BD), 2013, no. 30, art. 341) of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolves: 1. Article 5 of the law of Ukraine "about raising the prestige of Miner's labor" (Supreme Council of Ukraine, 2008, # 42-43, 293) to the following: "article 5. Features of education Miners who have experience of the underground work of not less than three years, and within three years after obtaining a general secondary education of a person, which is the miners and who have experience of the underground work not less than 15 years or who have died as a result of an accident on the production, or have become disabled I or II groups are matriculated by the personal choice of the specialty to the State and municipal higher and vocational schools for training at the expense of State and local budgets with the provision of places in dorms during training and guaranteed payment at the expense of the State budget to scholarships in the amount of the subsistence minimum established by law for able-bodied persons.

These individuals are employed after graduation according to the contract concluded between the relevant executive authority, the head of the institution and graduate.

The form of the agreement and the procedure for its conclusion approved by Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ".

2. this Act comes into force on the day following the day of its publication.
