On Amendments to Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012"

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. Carry to Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012" (with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine dated 12 April 2012 No. 4647-VI):

(1) In the first digit paragraph "15.000.000" replace "44.500.000";

2) in Paragraph 1 :

Complement after paragraph 6 of the sixth new paragraph of this content:

"on the obligations of economic actors, the economy is implementing projects to replace the natural gas of coal for domestic extraction, according to the State Bank for the Development Bank of China." "People's Republic".

In this regard, the seventh-ninth paragraph should be considered in accordance with the paragraphs of the eighth to tenth;

Tenth after the words "national projects" complemented by the words " the subject of the economic sector of the economy, which shall implement projects to replace the natural gas of the coal of domestic extraction, according to the Protocol on cooperation with the State Bank of Development of the People ' s Republic of China. "

2. This Act will take effect from the day, the next in the day of its publication.
