On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine

(Information Of The Verkhovna Rada (VR), 2013, No. 33, pp. 437)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. Carry to Customs Code of Ukraine Such changes:

1) Article 309 after part of the fifth complement to a new part of this content:

" 6. The procedure for the application of individual (disposable), multiple and general financial guarantees is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. "

In this regard, parts of the sixth and present are considered in terms of seventh and eighth respectively.

2) in Part 2 of the eleventh article 311 The words "which involve payment of customs payments" to be replaced by the words "in which the goods are declared";

3) in Part 2 of Article 314 :

in Paragraph 3 "mother has proven in the last three calendar years" to replace "for banking institutions-have proven in the last three calendar years";

in Item 7 "The ability to form" to be replaced by the words "for banking institutions-have the ability to form", and the words "by ourselves"-the words "by themselves";

Complement paragraph 10 of this content:

"(10) The mother of authorized representatives in all points of descent through the state border of Ukraine";

4) in Part 1 of Article 315 :

in Paragraph 1 The words "in the case of cases" are replaced by the words "for bank institutions-in the stipulated legislation of cases" and the words "this institution"-the words "these institutions";

in Paragraph 3 "from an independent audit company" to replace "for banking institutions-from an independent audit company";

5) Chapter 21, paragraph 4 "Final and Transitional Provisions" to complement the sub-paragraph 10 of this content:

" 10) until January 1, 2018-equipment and fittings to it are introduced by the subjects of the host solely for the implementation of investment projects approved according to the Law of Ukraine "On stimulating investment activities in the priority sectors of the economy to create new jobs" , provided for the following goods:

(a) are not sandals;

b) were made for no more than three years prior to the state registration of the investment project and were not in use;

(c) Are not produced in Ukraine and have no analogs in Ukraine.

The input order, the list and volumes of the specified goods with the definition of their codes according to OCT ZED are approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine together with the approval of each individual investment project.

In this subparagraph, the terms are used in this way:

Equipment (equipment)-machines (other than vehicles), mechanisms, instruments, devices designed to be used in the technological process carried out during the implementation of the investment project;

(equipment)-pieces made according to an independent package of documents and intended to be used for such equipment (equipment) ".

2. This Act is effective from 1 January 2013.
