Ratification of the Agreement on the Cooperation of States Parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States in the fight against the theft of motor vehicles and to ensure their return

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

Agreement on the Cooperation of States Parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States in the fight against the theft of motor vehicles and ensuring their return , signed on 25 November 2005 in m. Moscow (added), which takes effect from the date of receipt of a depositary report of the execution of the Government of the internal-recipient procedures necessary to take it into force, to ratify it with the following warning:

" Ukraine does not consider itself a related paragraph 1 article 13 Agreements in the case of a return to Ukraine of vehicles that were previously introduced to the customs territory of Ukraine with a violation of the requirements of customs legislation of Ukraine without payment of fees, excise tax, other taxes and fees (mandatory payments). "
