On the introduction of changes to certain legislative acts of Ukraine to make documents and forms of strict accounting or reporting

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:

1. Part of the first article 309 Codes of Ukraine on administrative offences (Information from the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, st. 1122) the words "which is a document of strict financial reporting" to exclude.

2. Part 9 of article 35 Law of Ukraine "On Road Traffic" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 31, pp. 338; 2012, No. 5, pp. (34) to be excluded.

3. Under the paragraph of the seventeenth article 1 Law of Ukraine "On the provision of sanitary and epidemics of the population" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 27, pp. 218; 2002, No. 29, pp. 190; 2006, No. 5-6, pp. 74; 201, no. 34, st. 343) the words "strict reporting" to exclude.

4. Part of the first article 12 Law of Ukraine "On universal state social insurance from an accident on the production and professional disease that caused loss of employment" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 46-47, pp. 403) The words "and is a document of strict reporting" to exclude.

II. Final Position

1. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a three-month period from the day of entry into force:

To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with this Act, including the abolition of normative acts, which include the removal of documents or forms to documents or forms of strict accounting or strict reporting (strict). Financial reporting);
