Amendment of the amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012" to increase costs for technical reequipment and protection of work on carbohydrate enterprises

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. Carry to Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 34-35, art. 414; with the changes made by the Laws of Ukraine on 12 April 2012 No. 4647-VI, dated May 24, 2012 No. 4866-VI, from 8 June 2012 No. 4961-VI, dated June 19, 2012 No. 4968-VI, from June 21, 2012 No. 4994-VI, from 22 June 2012 No. 5022-VI, of 4 July 2012 No. 5183-VI, No. 5185-VI, No. 5186-VI and No. 5187-VI, dated July 30, 2012 No. 5189-VI, No. 5190VI and No. 5191-VI, from 6 September 2012 No. 5234-VI, No 5235-VI and No. 5236-VI, dated 18 September 2012 No. 5253-VI and from 2 October 2012 No. 5303-VI, No. 5304-VI, No. 5305-VI, No. 5306-VI, No. 5307-VI, No. 5308-VI and No. 5309-VI) such modifications:

1) in Article 1 :

in the first digit of "372.331.023.3" and "320.597.618.9" replace with figures "373.841.023.3" and "322.107.618.9";

in the second digit of "404.298.365.1" and "351.194.376.7" replace numbers "405.808.365.1" and "352.704.376.7";

2) in Article 3 Figures "11.541.219.6" replace numbers "13.051.219.6";

3) make changes to applications No. 1 and No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012" in accordance with annex 1 and No. 2 to this Act.

2. This Act will take effect from the day, the next in the day of its publication.
