Ratification of the Agreement on the Cooperation of States Parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States in the fight against human trafficking, organs and tissues of the person

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

Ratify Agreement on the Cooperation of States Parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States in the fight against human trafficking, organs and tissues of the person , signed on 25 November 2005 in m. Moscow (to be added), with the following warning:

"Ukraine does not consider itself to be bound by the harmonization of legislation and the exercise of agreed measures to follow the provisions of the UN Convention, other international treaties."

The agreement takes effect from the date of deposit of the depositary reports of the execution of the Internal Procedure procedures necessary to take it into effect, but not the previously selected Agreement in accordance with Article 16 of this Agreement.
