Concerning amendments to some laws of Ukraine to enhance the material support of families in which children are raised over which custody or care shall be raised

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:
I. Amend the laws of Ukraine to be amended:
1. Abzac Sixth Article 1 The Law of Ukraine "On State Social Assistance for the Small Families" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 35). 290; 2004, pp. 19, pp. 251) after the words "from all sources of revenue", add to the words "aside from the help of children who are set to burn or take care".
2. Abzac Sixth Article 2 The Law of Ukraine "On State Assistance to Families with Children" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 20, art. (102) after the words "from all sources of revenue", add to the words "aside from the help of children who set burn or care".
1. This Act will take effect from 1 January 2014, in addition to paragraph 2 of this section, which will take effect from the day, the following day of publication of this Act.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a three-month period from the day of entry into force:
To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act;
To ensure that the Ministries and the other central authorities are responsible for their normative and legal acts in compliance with the Act.
