Contribute to the Law of the Ukrainian SSR "About Banks and Banking"
activity " ( 872-12 ) (Information of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR, 1991,
N 25, pp. 281; of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, 1992, N 20,
st.276) such changes and additions:
1. In Article 8:
after part of the fourth complement to a new part of such a
content:
" The National Bank approves forms and form of no cash
The deposit of privatization papers, sets the storage conditions,
accounting and repayment of the privatization papers, sets the
Agreement with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
The privatization papers ";
in this regard, the fifth and sixth are considered respectively
Part 6 and 6;
part of the sixth after paragraph 4 complement paragraph 5 of
content:
"5) carries out the mission of privatization papers";
Items 5, 6, 7, 8 are counted as paragraph (s)
Six, seven, eight, nine.
2. In the text of the Law of the word "Ukrainian SSR", "Ukrainian SSR",
"Ukrainian SSR" to replace according to the words "Ukraine",
Ukraine, Ukraine.
