I. Introduce to the Law of Ukraine "On loan of state property"
( 2269-12 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, N 30,
416; 1995, N 15, pp. 99):
1. Article 25 of the text of the session is as follows:
" Article 25. Privatization of the lease object
Privatization of the lease object is carried out in accordance with
of the legislation ".
2. Articles 31 to be excluded.
II. This Act will take effect from the day of publication.
