(a) The following:   
 1. Part of this Article 20 shall complement the sentence of such content:   
" In the case of an appeal against the property of the state enterprise   
(an open joint-stock company created in the process)   
corporatization, all shares of which are in state ownership)   
realization of forced property fails on the same basis   
the relevant body of privatization. "   
 2. Part of the second article 25 after the words "appropriate budget"   
supplemented with the words " and in case the buyer is a physical person or   
legal entity, in the property of which the share of state property is not   
more than 25 percent,-to the relevant extrabudgetary fund
