LAW OF UKRAINE

On the introduction of changes to the Law of Ukraine "On local government administrations" to bring it into compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:

1. Carry to Law of Ukraine "On local government administrations" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 20-21, p. 190; 2010, No. 37, pp. 496; 2011, No. 10, pp. 63; 2013, No. 15, pp. 98, No. 17, st. 154) such changes:

(1) In part one of article 6, the words "the annual message of the President of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the internal and external status of Ukraine" to exclude;

2) in part 2 of the second article 7 words "annual letter of the President of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the internal and external position of Ukraine" to be replaced by the words "and the decrees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in accordance with the Constitution and laws" Ukraine ";

3) in Article 8:

In part two of the "Prime Minister of Ukraine", replace the words "Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

In part, the third word "Prime Minister of Ukraine" is replaced by the words "Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

In part of the fourth word "to instruct the Prime Minister of Ukraine to contribute", amend the words "to violate the question of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

4) in paragraph 1 of the part of the first article 18 words "according to the appointed in the annual letter of the President of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the internal and external status of Ukraine" to exclude;

(5) Part of the third article 30 to exclude;

(6) In part 5 article 33 words "President of Ukraine" to be replaced by the words "Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

(7) Part of the first article 43 after the words "President of Ukraine and" to be supplemented by the words "of the Supreme Council of Ukraine adopted in accordance with the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, Acts".

2. This Act will take effect from the day, the next in the day of its publication.
