On the introduction of changes to some legislatures of Ukraine on the order of moving goods to the area or from the anti-terrorist operation area

(Information of the Verkhovna Rada (VR), 2015, No. 37-38, pp. 369)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:

1. In Codes of Ukraine on administrative offences (Information from the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, st. 1122):

(1) supplement article 204 - 3 such content:

" Article 204 - 3 Breach of the order of moving goods to the area or from the area of the anti-terrorist operation

1. Violations of the order of transport of goods to the area or from the area of the anti-terrorist operation-

The penalties for persons who raise goods, from ten to a hundred, untax, minimum income of citizens with the confiscation of such goods.

2. The same actions committed by the person who during the year was subjected to an administrative breach for the violation provided by part of the first of this article,-

Impose a penalty on people who move goods, from one hundred to two hundred untax-tax, income citizens with the confiscation of such goods ";

2) Article 221 after numbers " 204 - 2 " to supplement " 204 - 3 ";

3) in paragraph 1 of the first article 255:

(a) In the paragraph " Bodies of the State Border Service of Ukraine (Parts of the Second, Fourth and Fifth Article 85, Articles 92, 185) - 10 , 191, 204-206 - 1 ) "figures" 204-206 - 1 " replace the numbers " 204-204 - 2 , 205-206 - 1 ";

(b) Paragraph 51 of the State Tax Service bodies (article 51 - 2 , 155 - 1 , 162 - 1 , 162 - 2 , 163 - 1 -163 - 4 , 163 - 12 , 164, 164 - 5 , 164 - 16 , 166 - 16 , 166 - 17 , 177 - 2 (a) To read:

" state tax authorities (Article 51) - 2 , 155 - 1 , 162 - 1 , 162 - 2 , 163 - 1 -163 - 4 , 163 - 12 , 164, 164 - 5 , 164 - 16 , 166 - 16 , 166 - 17 , 177 - 2 , 204 - 3 ) ".

2. Law of Ukraine "On the Fight against Terrorism" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 25, pp. (180 with the following changes) supplement Article 14 - 1 such content:

" Article 14 - 1 . Order of moving goods to the area or from the anti-terrorist operation area

The relocation of goods to the area or from the area of the anti-terrorist operation is carried out in a manner established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the provision of the Security Service of Ukraine.

Individuals, guilty of violating the order of moving goods to the area or from the area of the anti-terrorist operation, are responsible for the law. "

II. Final Position

1. This Act will take effect 14 days from the day of its publication.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for 14 days after publishing this Act:

Approve the order of moving goods to the area or from the area of the anti-terrorist operation;

To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act;

To ensure that the ministries, other central executive bodies, have their legal and legal acts in compliance with the Act.
