On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Welfare of Small Families" on the Social Protection of Members of the Family Members of the Anti-Terrorist Operation

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:

1. Carry to The Law of Ukraine "On State Social Assistance for the Small Families" (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 35). 290; 2011, No. 39, pp. 389; 2012, No. 5, pp. 44; 2014, No. 4, pp. 141; 2015, No. 10, pp. (62) Such changes:

(1) A paragraph of the sixth article 1 supplements the second sentence of this content: " To aggregate the family's income is not counted by the monetary assurance of servicemen, persons of the private and superiors who take immediate participation in the anti-terrorist operation, The hour of its conduct "

(2) Part of the third article 4:

The fourth paragraph after the words "paid members of the family of alimony" complements the words "payment of military personnel, persons of the private and superiors who take immediate participation in the anti-terrorist operation, at the time of its conduct";

Complement the paragraph with the sixth such content:

"the reference of the established form on the direct involvement of the person in the anti-terrorist operation".

2. This Act will take effect from the day, the next in the day of its publication.
