On amending the law of Turkmenistan "on narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and measures to counter their illicit trafficking * translated from the official language of Turkmenistan.
 
I. the thirteenth paragraph of article 1 of the Act on narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and measures to counter their illicit trafficking, adopted October 9, 2004 year (statements of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2004, no. 4, art. 28; 2008 г., no. 2, p. 24; 2009 г., no. 2, p. 33; 2012 g., no. 4, p. 117; 2015, no. 1, p. 11), shall be amended as follows : distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors-action that resulted in accordance with the procedure approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, enterprises and institutions (hereinafter referred to as the enterprise (institution) receive in their sizes of narcotics, psychotropic substances and precursors for their trafficking; ".
 
II. The present law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
