On introducing changes into the code of Turkmenistan "on Earth" * translated from the official language of Turkmenistan.
 
I. the second part of article 25 of the code of Turkmenistan "on the ground", approved by the law of Turkmenistan dated October 25, 2004 year (statements of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2004, no. 4, p. 33; 2007, no. 1, p. 39, no. 4, p. 68; 2014 g., no. 1, p. 43; 2015, no. 1, p. 39), shall be amended as follows: "2. In densely populated districts (cities) with insufficient land and water resources management, in consultation with the State Agency for land management, based on the decision of the Commission on land issues relevant velayat land for conducting a personal part-time farm below a specified size can be provided, but not less than 0.12 hectares per family.
 
II. The present law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
