On amending the law of Turkmenistan "on denationalization and privatization of State property" * translated from the official language of Turkmenistan.
 
I. to amend the law on denationalization and privatization of State property ", adopted December 18, 2013 year (statements of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, no. 4, p. 88; 2014 g., no. 4, p. 148; 2015, no. 1, p. 32, no. 2, p. 69) as follows: 1. the second sentence of the first paragraph, the part of the fourth article 14 shall be amended as follows:" when the object of denationalization and privatization in the list until its deregulation or privatization are not allowed to change the organizational-legal form reorganization (merger, accession, Division, separation, transformation), as well as the suspension of termination and liquidation of this object.
2. Part of the seventh article 16 shall be amended as follows: "7. State property used for rental terms, it can be implemented in case the lessee the lease period is at least five years.
 
II. The present law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
