Amending the code of criminal procedure of Turkmenistan * translated from the official language of Turkmenistan.
 
I. the following changes in the code of criminal procedure of Turkmenistan, approved the law of Turkmenistan on April 18, 2009 year (statements of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2009 г., no. 2, p. 29; 2010 г., no. 3, p. 42; 2011, no. 3, art. 56; 2012 g., no. 1, p. 43, no. 4, p. 110; 2014 g., no. 1, p. 41, no. 2, p. 78; 2016 г., no. 1, art. 7) : 1. In paragraphs 11 and 54 article 6, paragraph 2 of article 104 deleted words "respectively, the service for the protection of the security of a healthy society,", protecting the security of a healthy society ".
2. In article 76, paragraph 4 should be deleted;
paragraphs 5-12 take it 4-11 points respectively.
3. The second part of article 222 shall be reworded as follows: "2. the preliminary investigation in criminal cases by investigators of the Prosecutor's Office bodies, internal affairs and national security.
4. Article 224: part one "274-275, replace the figures" 274, 275, 2751;
in the second part of "271-273, replace the figures" 271-273, 2741, 2742;
part three should be deleted;
part the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth respectively regarded as parts of the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth;
part three shall be amended as follows: "3. the offences referred to in articles 107-119, 125, 128, 132, 135, 138-142, 155-157, 160, 164-166, 207, 208, 214, 2071 (if it is linked to the smuggling of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, intoxicants as well as medicines containing tramadol hydrochloride (tramadol other products) or other psychoactive substances), 216-218, 220-222, 227, 228, 230-232, 234-239, 241, 243-244, 247-249 , 254 (smuggling of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, intoxicants as well as medicines containing tramadol hydrochloride (tramadol other products) or other psychoactive substances), 256, 261-266, 278-279, 282, 286-310, 318, 321-323, 326-329, 333-3353, criminal code of Turkmenistan, as well as preliminary investigation of all criminal cases, all minors, by investigators of the internal affairs agencies.
 
II. The present law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
