On amending the law of Turkmenistan "on enforcement proceedings and the status of bailiffs" * translated from the official language of Turkmenistan.
 
I. to amend the law of Turkmenistan "on enforcement proceedings and the status of bailiffs, adopted November 8, 2014 year (statements of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 2014, no. 4, p. 136; 2015, no. 3, art. 103), the following addition: after article 60 complement clause as follows:" article 601. The end of Executive production Executive production shall be considered as terminated in the following cases: 1) termination of enforcement proceedings on the bases provided by part one of article 59 of this law;
2) return Executive document on grounds provided for by paragraphs 1-4 of the first paragraph of article 60 of this law;
3) return Executive document without execution on request of a court or other authority that issued the document.
 
II. The present law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
