Purpose and scope

MADE 1. - The purpose of this Law is to establish industrial zones, management and execution of Turkish workers at home, to steer their savings to sleep in Turkey, and to increase the foreign capital. The basis of the policy is to edit it.

This Law provides the construction of the Industrial Zones Coordination Council, the establishment of industrial zones, and the permits to be made real in these regions. It covers the televics.

Industry Zones Coordination Board

MADDE 2. - In order to determine the areas to be established and to perform the other duties given by this Law, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, Public Works and Countryside, Tarim and Villains, Industry and Commerce, Energy and Natural Resources, Culture, Tourism and Environment ministries, State Secretary of State, Treasury, Dir Trade and Maritime Affairs, General Manager of Village Services and Turkey Chambers and Commodity Exchanges Coordinating Industrial Zones.
