VALUE-ADDED BUDGET FOR 2001 FINANCIAL YEARS

Expense Budget

MADE 1. - The 2001 fiscal year costs of the floor budget administration are actualized as 6 857 195 856 380 000 liras (A), as shown in the high (A) rosters.

Revenue Budget

MADDE 2. - The revenues of the floor-budget administration are available as 6 678 108 731 450 000 liras, as they are shown on the basis of the bellbound (B) rosters.

Balance

MADDE 3. -  In item 1, the number of printed expenses and the number of items printed in item 2 is 179 087 124 930 000 lirout.

Payment Complete

MADDE 4. --The following is considered to be completed in the same amount as the loss of 6 016 812 370 000 lirout in the corresponding column of the selected ruler (A).

Appropriatable Allowance

MADDE 5. -  A special grant of 75 749 360 650 000 lirals which is not spent in the 2001 financial year and is permitted to be transferred by private law is transferred to be registered with the following year.

Appropriated Allowance

MADDE 6. - The 240 853 461 890 000 000 lira allowance, which is registered and used in the stack, has been registered and transferred in the relevant column of the suspect (A) rosters.

Effective

MADDE 7. -This will take effect on the release date of the Law.

Execution

MADDE 8. - The Council of Ministers executes the provisions of this Law.
