Article I
Parties, a Balkan Regional Centre for Development of Trade in order to realize these objectives (hereinafter referred to as the Centre) have agreed to establish.

Article II
The main tasks of the center are as follows:

- Promote the mutual exchange of experience between the parties relating to the development of trade,

Article III
Centre, an Executive Committee consisting of the heads of the parties will be guided.
The task of the Executive Board to approve the annual work program is to organize and coordinate the activities of the Center.
