The GOVERNMENT of the REPUBLIC of TURKEY in the FIELD of HEALTH BETWEEN the GOVERNMENT of the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF AFGHANISTAN with the COOPERATION of the Government of the Republic of Turkey, the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan with the AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the "parties" anılacaklardır), Countries desire to develop cooperation in the fields of health and medicine between the expression, the peoples of this cooperation will contribute to the development of health believing, the following matters agreed upon: article 1 the parties agree that, on the basis of equality, reciprocity and based on two-sided benefits will promote cooperation in the field of health and medicine.
