Accepted Date: 19.4.2000

MADDE 1. - dated 29.7.1998, and 4375 is the 4th article of the Law on Civil Service Law, the Law of the State Officers, and the Republic of Turkey on the Retired Sandal Code.

Article 4. -In the course of treatment, up to 4% of the dormitory treatment expenses were contributed to the rate of contribution of the dormitory. The share of the contribution will not exceed three times the net monthly or charges, including any payments to the rights holders. The remaining part of the contribution of the deceased is not collected from the heirs.

The provisions of the Terrorism Act 3713 and 3713 are not part of the contribution of those sent to treatment at home.

The implementation of this Law will be prepared by the Ministry of Finance, including the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Labor and the State Staff, and the Council of Ministers ' decision. is determined by a regulation to be used.

MADDE 2. - This Code takes effect from 2.8.1998 on the date of release.

MADDE 3. -  The Council of Ministers executes the provisions of this Law.
