MADDE 1. -Additional tentative provisions are attached to the Social Insurances Law dated 17.7.1964 and 506.

ADDITIONAL PASS CLAUSE 2. -From 1.4.2000 to 31.3.2001, the minimum of the daily earnings, which is based on the account of the premium and the allowables to be given, applies to 5 000 000 TL. This subtext will increase from 1.4.2001 to the first of the 78th clause. However, the Council of Ministers is authorized to re-establish this increase, taking into account the projected inflation for the period of 1.4.2001 to 31.3.2002.
