Additional CHANGES To INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ORGANIZATION AGREEMENT VI. SECTION Council Article 16 16. changing the item's text is as follows: the Council, will consist of forty members elected by the General Assembly.

Article 19 (b) 19 (b) replacing the text of the item in the following way (b) is a member of the Council shall constitute a quorum needed to get the decision, the twenty-six.
