On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution
Draws as follows:
Article 1
Amend the proportions and compensation provided for in the Military Pensions Act promulgated by Legislative Decree No. 17/03 and the Internal Security Forces Pensions Act promulgated by Legislative Decree No. /2/2 of/2012/ to read as follows:
* Compensation for those affected by service with injuries that do not prevent them from staying in ♪
Military personnel who are injured during military service and because of injuries or illnesses which do not prevent them from remaining in military service shall be given compensation for the date of the confirmation of their injuries as follows:
a. /3000/L.C for each degree of disability resulting from injury or illness due to regular service.
b. /4000/L.C for each degree of incapacity resulting from injury or illness due to situations similar to military operations.
c. 5000/L.C. for each degree of incapacity resulting from injury or disease if it is due to hostilities or as a result of targeting by a terrorist group or hostile elements.
* Disability compensation ♪
The military assigned to the health pension shall be entitled to compensation for the deficit set out in the table below by type of disability resulting from one of the following cases for which the pension is transferred:

1. Owing to military operations of pilots and flying boats on military aircraft | 25% of salary for each degree of disability | 45% of salary for each degree of disability |
2. Because of military operations or as a result of targeting by a terrorist group or hostile elements of the rest of the military | 20% of salary for each degree of disability | 35% of salary for each degree of disability |
3. Due to service in a situation similar to military operations | 17.5% of salary for each degree of disability | 30% of salary for each degree of disability |
4. Due to service in other cases | 15% of salary for each degree of disability | 25% of salary for each degree of disability |
Article 2
The provisions in contravention of the provisions of this Legislative Decree are amended in accordance with its provisions.
Article 3
This Legislative Decree is published in the Official Gazette.
