Act No. 19

President of the Republic

On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution

as adopted by the People ' s Assembly at its meeting on 28 July 1023 - 1437 E M

Issue:

Article 1.

The automated electronic issuance fee for the justice agencies is as follows:

- A thousand Syrian pounds for each new agency.

- 500 Syrian pounds per certified copy of the Agency.

Article 2

The fee provided for in the previous article shall be met by the author of justice under official receipts issued by the Ministry of Finance and shall be transferred to the Public Treasury.

Article 3

Executive instructions for the implementation of the provisions of this Act shall be issued by the Minister of Justice.

Article 4

This law is published in the Official Gazette.
