Ratification of the Agreement on the Headquarters, Benefits and Immunities of the Arab Transitional Parliament between Syria and the Arab Parliament

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 5.12-1429 A.H., 3.12-2008,

The following are issued:

Article 1 -

The Syrian Arab Republic ratifies the Agreement on the Headquarters, Benefits and Immunities of the Interim Arab Parliament, signed in Damascus on 5-8-2008, by Mr. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs on behalf of the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic and Mr. Secretary General of the Arab Parliament on behalf of the Arab Parliament.

Article 2 -

This law is published in the Official Journal.
