Ratification of the Convention on the Prevention of Double Taxation with Saudi Arabia


President

Based on the Constitution.

At its meeting held on 13-1-1431 A.H., the People's Assembly approved 29-12-2009.

The following are issued:

Article 1

The Convention on the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion on income and capital signed in Damascus on 7-10-2009 by the Minister of Finance on behalf of the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic and Mr. Minister of Finance on behalf of the Government of Saudi Arabia are ratified.

Article 2

This law is published in the Official Journal.

Damascus in 19-1-1431 A.H., and approver, 4-1-2010, my birth.
