Exempting the office with the housing of the public institution of the residents from the duration and fines of the delay.

Based on the Constitution
As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held at the date of 30-1-1433 A.H., 26 12-2011, I was born.
The following are issued:

Article 1 /

The citizens who are subscribed to or assigned to housing with the public institution are exempted from payment of their monthly installments due to the payment of their monthly installments and fines, provided that they pay all their financial obligations as of the date of issuance of this law. Until the official end of the 304-2012 date, and in the event of non-payment during this period, their contracts and the regulations of the window are applicable.

This law is published in the Official Journal.
