Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 2-2-1433 A.H., I am, 27-12-2011, my birth.
The following are issued:

Article (1)

Add to Article 2 / Rent Act No. /6/6 of 2001 Its amendments are the following:
(c) The owner of the property leased to the Progressive National Front, official services, popular organizations or trade unions at various levels, associations, administrative units, municipalities or public and joint institutions is entitled to terminate the rental relationship and recover the property The remuneration of the above-mentioned entities covered by the legal extension provisions in return for compensation to the tenant is an amount equivalent to 40 per cent of the value of the paid construction and its current status in the history of disclosure and experience in the remuneration of the Tribunal, three years after the entry into force of this Act.
(d) The text of paragraph (c) may be applied to educational institutions and charter schools for ministries only if the ministry in question considers the need for such real estate not to be necessary.
