Application of reduced permanent irrigation to some villages

President
Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held in the history of 22-3-1433 A.H., 15 -2-2012 is my birth.

The following are issued:

Article (1)

The reduced permanent irrigation fee of 1,750 Syrian pounds per hectare is applied annually from 2003 to 2010 in villages located between photos and even the Euphrates River in Deir ez-Zor province, the Al-Busra Al-Jerya/Saad/Rebiya/Al-Nimah/Al-Harejiya (Al-Harejiya) (Al-Faigi/Al-Fajë/Al-Faal/Sajkhneh/Meshneh/Altuiyeh)/Shakhakh/Al-Tuamah/Images.

Article 2

Amounts due under the preceding article share four equal annual instalments without the addition of any penalties or benefits and, in the case of delay in payment, these amounts are payable in a single payment.

Article 3

This law is published in the Official Journal.
