Amendment to Legislative Decree 44 of 2010 of the General Federation of artisans

President

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 4/1 1434 A.H., 18/11/2012, The following are issued:

Article 1

Article 9 of the Legislative Decree No. 44/No. 16/5/2010 of the General Federation of the artisans is amended to read as follows:

Electoral procedures, including election methods, committees, assets of appeal and other matters relating to the organization of elections and rules, shall be determined by decisions of the General Federation Council, with the elections being held in secrecy at all stages and levels.

Article 2

The Minister of Industry shall issue instructions to implement the provisions of this Act.

Article 3

This law is published in the Official Journal.
