Expensive exemption for municipal fees, local costs, fines for construction violations, premium payments in cities and industrial areas from interest and demurrage

President

On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution, as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 1/8/1434 A.H., 9/6/2013, the following shall be issued:

Article 1

Municipal fees, local costs, fines for construction and hygiene violations, municipal services, municipal systems, premium payments in cities, industrial areas, rent and investment, investment and debt for any of the years 2012 are exempted from interest, penalties and penalties The consequences of non-payment of fees, fines, costs, premiums, allowances and debts are incurred if they pay the fee, fine, assignment, premium, allowance or debt for any of the years mentioned up to 31-12 2013.

Article 2

The benefits, sanctions and penalties shall not be reimbursed before the effectiveness of this Act.

Article 3

The Minister of Local Administration issues the executive instructions for this law.

Article 4

This law is published in the Official Journal.
